Will I know in advance which physician will operate on me?+
Yes. Your physician is assigned during the consultation; the name appears in your plan and you speak with them by video call before coming to Istanbul.
What does the price include?+
The written plan itemizes the physician fee, hospital, anesthesia, accommodation, transfers and check-ups in Istanbul. There are no surprise payments outside the plan.
Can my companion come with me?+
Of course. Accommodation is planned to include your companion, and hospital rooms have space for a companion.
What happens if there is a complication?+
Your physician and the hospital team remain reachable throughout. If needed, additional check-ups and treatment are arranged, and your return date is updated according to your physician's approval.
How far in advance should I plan?+
For surgical procedures we recommend planning 3–4 weeks ahead; dental and hair procedures can be scheduled on shorter notice.
